That’s an option and I’ve seen people doing that, but I like the game too much to wait for something to be released xD I have 6 characters right now and all the ones on Tier 3 are fun and could be my main, so I don’t know why wait haha
Soulfist (main), Shadowhunter, Paladin, Gunslinger, Glaivier and Gunlancer (Gunlancer is on Tier 1, created it this week, probably I should’ve created before xD)
I ended up choosing different classes for all the characters because I wanted to test things out and I don’t know, I’m main Soulfist because it’s the first character I created, but anyone of them would do I believe, and I hope I can create more in the future to have one of each classe - (will increase the slots slowly)
That’s the hard part. I really like the game, it’s (almost) everything I wanted in D3 and PoE. Problem is, there are as many bad things as good, and what keeps me in the game is the actual group gameplay and class mechanics.
If there were no other games, I’d probably just sit with LA for good; I’m not the kind of person who can invest themselves into two MMOs (or games you spend a ton of time gearing/optimizing your character.)
Part of me really doesn’t want to quit LA, but I do feel it’s cause I’m addicted. To combat this…I’ve been writing in a notepad notable flaws I come across. Ones that affect me in a meaningful way, of course.
So yeah, for those who love all the classes, it doesn’t make sense to hold mats too much. My only non-T3 char is a soulfist…I really thought I’d like it, but I’m not a huge fan, lol.
I know the first two are not just the initials, but well, I wanted to do that xD ‘na’ and ‘no’ are sufixes for feminine and masculine in portuguese, normally
Only my Gunslinger doesn’t start with ‘Ga’ because I made her look like Miss Fortune, so I mixed Sarah with Yoko (yoko from Tengen Toppa):
You cant sell names though, ive tried deleting acc then giving same name to my other alt, doesnt work. so you wont ever be able to buy a new name that is on somebody
I had a hard time with it, but it got much better after I built it properly at 1370 ilvl. I didn’t try the RS yet, but EO started to really shine after I got some Swiftness =)
If I was you, instead of saving mats forever I’d keep playing with the current main I liked, and change mains only after the class was launched for real, it’s not ideal to rush the new character, but well… It won’t be bad to have an alt on any content… For example, you could leave the sorceress at 1415 now and wait for the roadmap, if it’d not come on the next patch you start to upgrade her again to 1430-1460 depending on which content you’d like to do with her (Valtan Hard or Vykas Easy-Hard).
When it finally is anounced you’d start to save things and go for it. I don’t know if I’ll ever change my main, but in case I do I don’t want to not play on the latest content, so I’d keep progressing my Soulfist to the bottom line of the contents until my 2nd main reached her xD
Yeah that actually makes a lot of sense. I’ve still been gearing my sorc, so it’s already what I’ve been doing, but not to the extent of using roster mats.
I think I’ve just been hyping myself up for artist too much, so the decision is harder to make even though there are logical options.
