My account has rolled back of around 1 day.
I still have the last unfinished quest active but all my progress from the previous quest, pickups, bossfights, … etc is gone. The worst thing is that I can’t do the quest again.
So I am stuck at lvl 15 with no access to the rest of the game.

since here are only community moderators, the more info you give the better it is:
what quest, what area, what boss fight is your character missing? did you check the adventure tome if the dungeon (if that is the boss u talking about) is credited there, etc
can’t expect them to file a bug with “character XY has XP loss after update”
I can’t access the character right now but from what I remember :
I was near the end of the 3rd continent
I completed all the main/sidequest (not the hidden ones) up ti that point
I only finished the mandatory dungeons for the story line
I had about 50% progression on Rethramis and Yudia, and 25% at West Luteran
I now have :
20% of Rethramis and 0% to the other 2 zone
i still have access to the last quest I accepted but every other quest is unavailable
on my adventure tome, it says I only completed 43 quests on Rethramis
TLDR : I lost the progress of my character (loot, exp, …) from the middle of Rethramis to the middle of West Luteran, and I can’t redo the quests I already made earlier.
