It’s a company, expect delays to happen it’s NOT a big deal.
What will you do about it? Keep posting into the void of the forums?
Fall back in line and wait a week or two, no amount of complaining will matter and our player numbers are still stronger than before.

To clear some confusion here, we do not have a development team (or any game developers) from Amazon Games that work on Lost Ark, just publishing staff – Smilegate RPG remains the developer of the game, which means they are developing builds and patches for us just as they do for all other regions. We do work together as one team when it comes to discussing different topics and decisions for the game, but there isn’t anyone from Amazon Games that does direct development work for Lost Ark.
First they don’t have a team, now THEIR team fixed it. Go throw yourselves in the trash

By not giving us specific dates ags/smilgate does not have to be accountable for their shitty communication, this is because smooth-brained white knights will utter this phrase. How does a multi-million dollar multi-region game not have ANY communication about release dates?

To answer the question in the title, I will kindly request that Amazon makes better attempts in the future to properly communicate delays and content rollouts so that we aren’t totally in the dark when it comes to these things.
People had their hopes up for good reason, and it’s reasonable as consumers of this content to give feedback and request proper communication from the publisher/devs
They did it for Argos. The precedent was there.
