If the login servers are having issues, it’s likely the result of a bad code rollout in that region.
If all they had to do was launch a new stack, it wouldn’t take 4 hours.
However, if they had to snapshot the database to avoid a rollback or corruption prior to launching a new stack, then bringing the entire region down to do so would make sense.

I experienced loading issue when trying to do Chaos this morning. I was sent back to the statue twice (which never happened to me before) due to Chaos dungeon not loading.

Well maybe they should do a better job relaying this to the developers (Smilegate)…and work together to make sure shit like this doesn’t repeat itself every SINGLE FKEN WEEK.

No. Zero to do with login servers. The issue occurs during gameplay when moving to a different zone, sequence, or simply changing the channel. And this is happening ONLY on Mari.
EUC you can play it until you step foot in starsand beach.

You know it not uncommon for patches to cause issues and for servers to have issues
And for all you people complaining about the lake of advanced notice I’m sure that if you whine enough the servers will give you advanced notice before misbehaving
