Just to clarify a bit here as you seem to lack the whole picture. An emergency maintenance happened to stop a supposed exploit and to remove the Pheons players had claimed. After 5 hours and 20 or so minutes they put the servers back up and write an official announcement that they are not removing the Pheons after all.
At that point, if players start spending Pheons in good faith that they are theirs to keep, you can’t honestly say that they should have expected them to take them away afterwards. They literally stated they had decided to not remove the Pheons. They also did not say that 95% of the players got nothing, they said that 94.2% of the players claimed 30 or less Pheons.

and follow with “but after future investigation, in good faith we let you keep and use that money”
so people will definetly use that money
but a few days later they said “sorry, we decided that the money is not yours and it’s a loan. and you will have to pay for every cent of it”

If you are given currency as a gift, most cultures would view it as extremely rude to just “Save it!”
It is instead expected for you to spend that gifted currency on something you normally wouldn’t have purchased for yourself. Something nice and unnecessary.
Don’t forget that the Pheons were attached to a mail warning us of the upcoming Tripod update and recommending we spend them. We also were assured via official posts that the Pheons were safe to spend.

Yes, and if you did you should be happy, because buying them now means you only have a 10% chance of getting them instead of 100%, so if you are -70 now that’s what I will have to pay for a single tripod, if I have average luck. Could pay even more if I’m unlucky. You got 10 without gambling. How can you complain?
Sooner or later all of us will buy more pheons. You being at -x is just as temporary as me being +125. I’ll buy my accessories for my new alt and be at 0, then buy more pheons to buy the tripods and stone.
Also we got +60 free pheons by now instead of the intended +10, so even if you initially spent to -70 you are now only at -10. Basically getting 10 tripods for the price of one attempt to get one.

1 day after the disconnects started a post was made and someone shown the reason for the disconnects and even suggested a fix.
They deleted the post even though it was most likely the right answer to the problem and now keep saying they are working on it while it couldve been fixed already. EAC only.
Some of you are so gullible and will believe anything you see or someone tells you about on the internet. None of what you wrote makes any logical or common sense. You even wrote “most lokely the right answer” meaning it may not be the right answer, lol. Why would they have a fix and then not implement it? Think critically.
I love how AGSs once again abusing the dumb dumb technique. Why are we letting them get away with such a huge SCAM.

Funny how in less than a week no one even talks about it anymore. Like i said before people will complain but won’t do anything about it. Just let AGS and SG screw you over time and time again.
It’s almost because we got 60 Pheons handed to us so at worst a few people are down like 10 pheons.
I’m happy this thread is still alive because I spent this whole week grinding for an artificial debt that AGS forced me to have by straight up LYING! Now its gonna take a couple of weeks for those geared alts to pay themselves.
AGS are trying to mess up a good game again. I don’t know why.
