You literally can’t do more damage with 4 equally geared people than you can with me and 3 of them. That’s just from pure damage standpoint. Not counting even more damage you can do because of defensive buffs and not having to dodge everything.
Anytime I join a group as bard I’m thanked a thousand times for being there, you might not NEED a support if you play perfectly but you shrimps sure do LOVE when were there despite what you spew on the forums.

You don’t understand it because you never ran a raid at ilvl.
Take Valtan for example, really easy raid if we talk not being hit.
My first clear everyone was 1445-1450.
One guy had +19 weapon, everyone else was +17 or +18.
We barely clear it not due to mechs, but due to barely having enough DPS.
Stagger in the party is the same regardless of ilvl, that first week first stagger was around 100 bars, with barely getting to ghost phase in time with like 30sec left.
Come next week everyone gets a weapon upgrade, some more armor upgrades etc.
Suddenly first stagger is at like 85 bars and we clear ghost with plenty of time left.
Then the next week we skip orbs.
Same goes for this raid. It always takes skill to do damage and not get hit, but every upgrade you make changes the fight in your favor. Multiply it with 8 people and suddenly you skip half the mechs. Not the guaranteed ones, but stuff like orbs on Valtan or invisible ghosts and medusa on Vykas. Ruins the experience.
I’m ilvl 1465(As i got my +20 1 day ago before we did G2)… What do you mean I never ran at ilvl?
I cleared Valtan normal at 1415 and hard at 1445 then barely made it to 1460 for Vykas release… Don’t be ignorant.
You’re the ignorat one. Your raid MVP has +3 or +4 weapon compared to ilvl required which is about the equivalent of permenently having attkpwr buff from a support if you were on +18 ilvl.
That’s not clearing the raid at ilvl. And others also have +21 glows on the MVP screen.
Do you know how huge is doing 20% more damage as a raid?

Which facts? Facts are that your screenshots show 4 people with weapons that have between 7.5k and 10k attkpwr more than recommended ilvl.
+18 weapon is 1460 ilvl, +22 is 1520 ilvl. Anything unclear?

Yes, 3 people played before and didn’t say a word other than callouts for mechanics(ex RBBBR etc) and the other 5 were blind. It’s the best we could do with the Russian spealking members we could find on west clown client…

I’m 100% sure you have NOT cleared Vykas even on normal mode now if you don’t know that every player calls out their patterns for the wings mechanics etc and assume that doing so means you did everything. As I previously said… Ignorant.

And I’m 100% sure we’d have a much easier time clearing the raid with supports on each team. we simply couldn’t find any that didn’t want to charge our group for joining us despite them needing the clear as much as we did… (Take note that our pool of supps were more limited due to them needing to be able to understand Ru coms.)
