Can someone help me and explain what I am doing wrong? I bought items from the store on a different server to avoid wasting my crystals and claimed my products to my account, Mcclain. It is not letting me proceed and giving me this message. You can see my inventory on the top right is not full.

- Close Lost Ark completely
- Close Steam
- Run Steam as administrator
- Check the game files on Steam
- Open Lost Ark.

No you can’t claim items that bought with Blue Crystals with different chars. Apperantly even costumer service have no idea about their product. Had the same issue, hope they will fix this nonsense.
