Your cheat engine keeps kicking me from the game

as title said, multiple times a day your cheat engine ( that is not working at all against the bots ) keeps kicking me from the game for no reason at all.

i just got kicked again, i was on the loading screen for a chaos dungeon, games shut down and error from cheat engine

why is this happening ??? bots can do whatever they want but people who dont cheat get kicked ?

well, unfortunatly your STILL doing maintenance in the middle of the day in EU so i cannot see what error it is …

If it’s happened to you a lot you should maybe think about screenshotting or writing down the error message - they can’t help much without any usable input.

Plus, it’s only 09:30 AM, barely the middle of the day

This issue is related to EAC and I’d suggest you repair EAC first along with the files integrity check for Lost Ark.

Please go through the following steps to repair the EAC:

  1. You’ll need to navigate to your Steam library to reinstall EasyAntiCheat. Find Lost Ark in your library and right-click on it.
  2. Choose Properties.
  3. Switch over to the Local Files tab.
  4. Click on Browse.
  5. Lost Ark’s installation folder will pop up and you’ll need to locate a folder named EasyAntiCheat.
  6. This folder will be at the following directory “E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Lost Ark.”
  7. The letter at the beginning of the directory may vary depending on your hard drive or SSD.
  8. Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup file inside the EasyAntiCheat folder.
  9. You’ll get several Windows pop-ups and confirming all of them will allow you to reinstall EasyAntiCheat without having to reinstall the whole game.

Also, I’m attaching the files integrity check steps in next post, please go through them too.

Once done with both, try relaunching the game and it shall fix the issue for you.

This problem got mentioned several times, it happens to me aswell like 2-3 times every day, mostly whilest doing raids or chaos dungeon where i fail the id cause of death or timer

however, all they tell you is to open a support ticket or link to EAC website, literally no help at all and no fcks given

STEPS TO VERIFY FILES INTEGRITY:

  1. Restart your computer and launch: Steam

  2. Next, you can either right click the game in your Library, or click the gear icon from the game’s Library page on the far right

  3. From the drop down menu, select Properties…

  4. Select the Local Files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files Button

  5. Steam will verify the game’s files - this process may take several minutes

Important:

One or more files may fail to verify.

This is normal for most Steam games. The files that fail to verify are local configuration files that should not be replaced as part of this process.

Warning:
Do not run the verification process while performing other system-intensive processes, such as defragmenting your hard drive or scanning for viruses.

Do not run this process for multiple games at the same time.

i did what you posted but it just kicked me from the game again, same error

as i said, they just dont care to have eac a look into their shitty anti cheat system that is not even doing what its supposed to do. its kicking legit players and let bots and hackers do their way.

ah yea, got kicked 3 times today, 1 time in guardian raid. thanks for nothing again

i just woke up, tried to log in and it already kicked me on character selection

and i just got kicked again while being on the server selection screen, tabbed out to my second monitor since its still maintenance

this happens to a minority of players, so they dont give a shit, like i said before.
it still happens to me aswell, nothing we can do here

ye, its really sad, multi billion dollar company, 0 support, still getting kicked from the game …

this morning i logged in, get some breakfast and when i was back i was kicked already, now i just got home, log in , within 10min, kick again, meanwhile the game is still full with bots that dont get kicked …

Just found this thread. Not sure if you tried reinstalling lost ark entirely yet. If you did I would recommend trying disabling your anti-virus software (if you use one at all, if you do let me know which one) and trying to run a game with it off for a while to see if the problem persists.

4 hours wiping on argos p2 before finally killing him, and to get kicked again before i got to loot …
Now im saved and i didnt get the loot …

why are you not helping your customers ?

Can i get a compensation for this for the lost loot ? this is a huge setback for me …
