I love everything about this game, i am struggling to get to the coveted 1370 ilvl as most people but that’s ok, if everything would be instant then there would be no reward at the end… that being said, prices for everything are going in the direction of 1 gold … i just saw fish today hit an all time low at 6 gold, the market is being destroyed by bots, there are bots that do lifeskills , that farm infinite tier 3 chaos and spam the market with materials and then they sell the gold on their RMT websites… you have to be way more active against the bots, banning 1million free to create accounts every month will do next to nothing to these people , you need a dedicated team to take care of them.
They are very easy to find, you just que up an infinite chaos dungeon and start seeing bots slowly, or create a new character and level it slowly until you reach north vern, speedhackers will fill up your day… for the economy of the game these dudes must be gotten rid of
T3 is not filled with bots most prices are falling because more are hitting 1370, people selling off all their materials until Thursday , 5x aura of resonance was given out so people got a lot of materials for free , etc. Most material prices in Korea are very cheap and gold is just more hard to get id advise people to save their gold while you can the game is new for us so getting gold is easy right now and fast but gold is worth a lot more now. To many people on this forum spread bad information and have almost no idea what their talking about
stop talking out of your nether regions, its full of bots constantly farming infinite chaos and flooding the market with materials for t3, at the same time you can see clearly that in the lifeskill department the materials are flooded to such an extent that it shows clearly it’s bots at it again, 8 million natural pearls , and this has happened in 2-4 days after last week’s reset , everything is starting to get to the value of 1 gold, and that will kill the market for casual players , yes it will help some to get a higher item level but if they ever need to do something in the market they cannot make any gold, and having everything priced at 1 gold means there is no market .
If that’s what is intended that all materials are 1 gold then by all means do not ban the bots, nobody will ever do lifeskills if they have to waste about 2 hours of their life to get 200 gold so we will need the damn supply
Just to raise awareness on the situation that they use third party programs and camp their T3 characters by chaos dungeons to farm tons of chaos dungeon currency for mats to sell in MP.
It’s a huge problem on all the servers now to be honest, there is no money to be made at anything any more because of all the items put up by bots, everything is headed to 1 gold each, it’s a massive problem that they might have to implement a solution that many people won’t be happy with but I think a reset of the auction house is needed when they do find a solution, the only way I see a solution is to tie your account to your ID, drivers licence, passport etc, many won’t be happy with that but I honestly can’t see another way round it.
Never seen a bot at a chaos dungeon, not even with T1 alts.
The causality is opposite - it’s not that items from bots are flooding the market place, but that the gold supply from gold sellers is drying up, so the value of gold is increasing, meaning the price of everything decreases.
In other words, prices are dropping for the opposing reason - gold from swiping, both ingame and from gold sellers inflated the prices in the first month, now that Amazon has gotten better at banning bots + gold buyers, this supply of gold has diminished, and suddenly gold has a lot more value, so the price of everything is plummeting.
there is one more solution that i can think of, hiring a damn small department to deal with bots on a daily basis, it’s not out of the realm of reality as many jobs in life are extremely repetitive , getting an anti-cheat that takes care at least of speedhacking and 3rd party software that interferes with the game , i know the latter is not a solution but it will still help a bit with at least a part of the problem, as for the people saying on KR everything is 1 gold, sure, it is , but in the end they had years on that market, they have catch-up mechanics, they have content that does not rely on gold as much as we do right now, and on our regions the game didn’t even reach 2 months release time and we’re supposed to deal with 1 gold prices while our income is close to 2k per week if we don’t do anything but abyss dungeons… that seems a bit ridiculous
